Updating Templates on QB Desktop

Thanks for bringing your question forward here in the Community. I'm happy to show you how to update the header section for templates in your QuickBooks Desktop account.

This can be done in a few steps. Here's how:

1. Select the type of form you’d like to customize.
2. From the form, select the Formatting tab then select Manage Templates.
3. Select a template to preview, then select Copy to create a new template or select OK to edit the template.
