Upgrade to Quickbooks desktop pro 2023 with windows 10. Now everything is messed up.

Upgraded to Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2023 I have Windows 10 and now customer list is messed up, cannot run receivable reports and too many other problems to list that is wrong now. Anyone having issues?

Let's run the repair tool for QBDT for Windows so you can fix the installation error you have and get back to business in no time.

 

When you get an error when you use, install, or update QuickBooks, our tool hub can help fix the common company file error right away. To do this, you first need to download (if you haven't already) the QuickBooks Tool Hub. For the best experience, we recommend you use Tool Hub on Windows 10, 64-bit. Here's how:

 

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the most recent version (1.6.0.3) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub
  3. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it (like your Downloads folder or your Windows desktop). Note: If you've installed Tool Hub before, you can find out which version you have. Select the Home tab. The version will be on the bottom.
  4. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  6. When the installation finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

 

Once done, run the Quick Fix my program tool to shut down any open background processes QuickBooks uses and run a quick repair on your program. Here's how:

 

  1. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, select Program Problems.
  2. Select Quick Fix my Program.
  3. Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.

Thank you for reaching out but I have already ran the tool hub and spent about 3 hours with tech support for another small issue that wasnt able to be fixed, only because I didnt have any more time to spend on it. Now there are several issues: Cannot change view to Hierarchical in customer center, cannot run any A/R reports. Customer list is totally messed up now, jobs in wrong customer, invoices in wrong customer we dont even know where to begin to fix all of these problems. I will reach out to tech support when I can find another 3 to 5 hour block to fix this.
