Upgrading 2015 to 2018 QB Pro

I bought QB 2018 off ebay from someone and am trying to upgrade my 2015 version.  I am unable to as the install menu for the new lic # makes me select one of the emails associated with that Lic. #, none of which are mine.  How do I install this?  I have the Lic #, product code and validation codes.

Have the license code and validation code are not enough to install your program. You will need to access your CAMPS as the Primary Contact to proceed. Contact me in private for assistance.
