URGENT HELP NEEDED - QBO is not right

This started 5th Feb, when I logedd in on my desktop this is what I got.  There is no Navigation on the left, no way to log out, no way to access any settings, nada.  WTF is going on ?

Thanks for letting us know about what you're going through, Haven. We'll ensure you can access the left navigation menu and resume recording your financial data in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

You have the option to hide or display the left navigation menu in QBO. If it disappears accidentally, you can make it reappear by clicking the three lines and arrow icon at the top left of the screen, next to your company name. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.
