Currently, there's no integrated way to combine/merge two QuickBooks Community profiles.

These resources contain topics that will guide you on how to efficiently handle your taxes, payroll, account information, banking tasks, sales or expenses-related activities, and so on.

I have this same issue; just realized today that I have two profiles. How do I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out about your QuickBooks Community profiles, @ToyaJaye.

 

While we're not able to merge profiles together, we can definitely help you close the duplicate you might have.

 

Just let us know the Community username of the profile you'd like to close, and we'll get on it.

 

But heads up, we will need to quickly check on our end to confirm if it's a duplicate before taking any action.
