Hey, QuickBooks.

In your US QuickBooks Community, you have your threads displayed in the All, Solved, and Unanswered tabs.

Can you add a tab for Unsolved? Thanks.

Hi @FishingForAnswers,

We do actually have a few different ways to find Unanswered questions for everyone on the Community.

Within each forum (Banking, Reports & Accounting, etc) there is an Unanswered tab that you can use, you can also use the product filters at the top of those pages to filter to specific products and unanswered as well.

Additionally, on the community home page, there is a link in our Quick Links widget on the right side of the screen that will take you to a master list of all unanswered questions throughout the community.

While these don't specify "Unsolved" - which is designated by not having an Accepted Solution on that thread, they do offer you the opportunity to provide answers to solve other users questions.  And even if a thread has answers on it, you can always contribute to the discussion to offer your suggestions and see if that solves the issue for the original poster.

@LisaNullar  Yes, but there does not appear to be a way to filter for Unsolved questions.

Unanswered just means that nobody has replied yet.

@LisaNullar  While we're at it, it is more than a little frustrating that your staff can edit whatever they like, but users cannot even edit their own posts.

It makes situations like these, where you edit your post while I'm writing my reply, more than a little annoying.
