We recognize that the inability to assign a class directly when reviewing app transactions can make the accounting process more cumbersome for you, Archboldk.

This limitation arises from the current integration capabilities between the PayPal Connector and QuickBooks, where specific transaction details, such as class assignments, aren't directly accessible or modifiable at the initial synchronization point. We acknowledge that this adds an extra layer of manual editing for you, which is not ideal.

We encourage you to provide feedback to our development team, emphasizing the importance of enabling the ability to set the Class directly during transaction reviews through the PayPal Connector. Your input is vital as we continuously seek to improve our user experience.

Here’s how you can share your suggestions:

  1. Click the Gear Icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Under Profile, select feedback.
  3. Enter your Suggestions.
  4. Then Submit.

@archboldk

You may consider using a paid connector.
