First, verify the account if you're viewing the correct company. There are times we can mislook and access the wrong subscription.

 

Also, unusual behaviors when viewing lists in QuickBooks happen when there are web page issues. Let's use a private browser to open your account and see if you can view your vendors. It doesn't use the cache, which stores data that creates browser-related issues.

 

Check out these keyboard shortcuts depending on your browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

 

If you can view the vendors without problems, let's switch back to the regular browser and clear its cache. It helps to restore the default setup of the browser.

 

If private browsing doesn't work, use other supported web engines to get the best and most secure experience with the program. My recommendations above should help you get back on track.
