We'll have to add your client to your subscription so they'll show up in QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) Client List, qbo-calx. I'd be glad to show you the steps to complete this task.

 

The issue stated above can occur if your client has set up a new company and you haven't added them to your wholesale billing account. To rectify this, let's ensure they're included in your billing subscription.

 

To start, inform your client to invite you to become their accountant. Next, get permission to transfer for the billing.

 

  1. Ask your client's primary admin to sign in to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  2. Navigate to the Gear icon ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Click the Allow billing transfer to your accountant link.
  4. Select the name of the accounting firm you want to transfer billing to.
  5. Press the Allow transfer button.

Keep in mind that you need to finish the transfer within two days. Then, follow Step 3 in this article to finish the process: Transfer clients to your ProAdvisor Preferred Pricing program in QuickBooks Online.
