We deleted a reccuring transaction as adviced , however the transaction is still appearing in the Unspecified column of our reports, which means the recurring effects still persists. Kindly help.

We deleted a recurring transaction as advised by the Quickbooks team, however, the transaction is still appearing in the Unspecified column of our reports , which means the recurring effects persist. Kindly help.

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Select Search and tap Contact Us.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and tap Continue.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us. Either Start a chat or Get a callback.
