We just subscribed Quick Essential under Shiangmi, but system can not process our payment, can you please help?

When subscribing to QuickBooks Online (QBO), the information you've entered for your payment method needs to be accurate. Ensure that the card you're using is one of the following, as these are the debit and credit cards accepted by QuickBooks:

 

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover

 

If the issue persists, it's best to use a private browser. This way, it can rule out any browsing history or cached files causing this matter. Here are the shortcut keys for accessing private browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

You may also clear your browser's cache and cookies or use other supported web browsers that can help identify if the issue is related to your current browser.
