Web Brower Pop-up to Quickbooks Support

Does anyone know how to stop the pop-up that directs you to QB Support web page every time you log in to a company file? I have already gone to Preferences and checked the box "turn off pop-up messages for products and services" with no luck. This issue started several months ago and I keep hoping Intuit will create a fix when it issues updates. Please help as this is extremely annoying and relay slows me down when I need to log in and out of several entities. Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your response. Below is a screenshot of the web browser page that opens every time I sign into a company. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you have.

I've also sent this screenshot to Intuit Support, hoping to resolve this issue.

To clarify, have you updated your QuickBooks to the latest release as my colleague mentioned above? If not, I encourage you to do this as this can download the latest bug fixes and security patches, ensuring your software runs smoothly.

On another note, you can edit your preferences to turn off QuickBooks pop-up messages. Here's how:

Click on Edit and choose Preferences.
Select General Preferences, then My Preferences.
Place a checkmark in the Turn off pop-up messages for products and services.
Hit OK to Save your preference change.

I don't have a pop-up, per se; it simply opens the browser to QB's help page when opening companies; not consistently, but enough to be annoying.
