Webinar Accounting 101 - Link doesn't seem to work

I'm trying to sign up for the "Accounting 101" webinar on January 18, 2024 which can be found at this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/webinars-and-events/eb-p/events-us however when I select the "Click here to register now" link on the page it takes me to a Zoom page that "Page Not Found".  I tried to sign up for the same webinar on a different day and got the same result.  Can you provide some help on how to register?

Let me help you register for the Webinar Accounting 101.

 

Sometimes, local internet cache files stored in the system can cause unexpected behavior in the product. This can be the cause of why the webinar link isn't working.

 

Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps so you can register to the link. Start by accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private window. This is a special mode that doesn't record the browsing activity on your local device. Simply press the following keys: 

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Then, register. If it's working, then let's clear the cache in your web browser or try using a different supported browser. It could be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you utilize.

Are you able to register for the class by selecting the "Click here to register now" link or do you also get an error message?
