Went to create a new invoice and all of my pre-defined "Product or Service" list is gone.

  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
  • Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + N

 

If everything works fine in private mode, you should clear your browser's cache and history. Alternatively, switching to a different supported browser can also help.
