What do I record card payment remainders as? It used to be “bank charges” but this doesn’t seem to exist now. Can anyone help please?

Hello

 

i I am trying to match the transaction from the customer with the payment received from the card company. So there is a remainder amount of the card payment charge. I used to do “add remainder” and then categorise the card payment charge as “bank charges” but today I’m trying to do that and “bank charge” isn’t there as a category anymore
