What is the Payroll Service Customer Asset account?
I've been using Quickbooks for over 10 years and using their Quickbooks Payroll Service.
I have an account in my chart of accounts named "Payroll Service Customer Asset", the account seems to have been created by either Quickbooks or by Quickbooks Payroll Service.
There are two entries in the account that were added by the Quickbooks Payroll Service, when running payroll. The entries and their amounts are not relevant, but I cannot find an explanation of why they were added. The account shows up in our balance sheet.
I'm hoping someone can tell me what this account is, and when are entries added to it.
