If you want to contact support, follow these steps:
- Sign in to QuickBooks.
- Go to the Help (?) menu.
- Select either tab to get started:
- Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can choose to Talk to a human.
- Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us, then choose a way to connect with support.
Our team is open Mondays to Fridays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
Additionally, you can skim through our self-help articles for more resources while working with QuickBooks in the future. From there, browse the topic you need from account management, advanced accounting, banking, and more.
