Question

When can we expect the issue with PayPal to be resolved? I can't select an account for my transactions that I'm trying to add. Keep getting error to select an account.

I noticed last night that others are having the same problem & it seemed to have started on 1/6/2024.

If you haven't, I'd suggest contacting our Support Team to add you to the list of affected users and be informed promptly once the issue is resolved. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion of your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.

Gee, I wonder why you went out of your way to parse that telephone number in a way the auto-scrubber won't catch.

OP, I doubt it's in your best interest to call the phone number Jack Miller provided.
