When I add a user why are they getting an error message "Unfortunately, there is no QuickBooks Online company or QuickBook Accountant account associated with their email?

I have an online account and I want to add other users. They receive the email but when trying to log on they get this message

Let's work on this together, userlwartizfarms.

 

Once they receive an invite, make sure to let them click the Let's go option so they'll be prompted to create an account.

 

Next, they can log into the account using this link https://qbo.intuit.com/.

 

If the error persists, let's try to delete and add the user again. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then Manage Users.
  2. Find the user you want to delete. Select the small arrow icon in the Action column.
  3. Select Delete, then select Delete again in the confirmation window.
