When I am finished working for the day, is there somewhere I should save my work so as not to lose what I have done???

QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically saves your work in the cloud as you record transactions. Thus, you don't need to manually save your work every time you finish working for the day. Just make sure you click the Save buttons when tracking data in your books to save them successfully.

However, if you're not using a QBO Advanced and want to create a regular backup copy, you can export your data from QBO and save it locally or use a third-party backup service that integrates with QBO.
