When I mark an invoice paid it does not show as paid

Clearing your web browser's cache helps resolve issues when marking your invoices as paid, Ryan.

 

Also, before marking invoices as paid or receiving payment, ensure you select the corresponding invoice and enter the correct amount.

 

To continue troubleshooting, begin by logging out of QuickBooks Online (QBO) in your usual browser and then logging in through a private or incognito browser. You can use these shortcut keys below:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Shift + Command + N

 

After that, if you can successfully mark your invoice as paid. Return to your regular browser and clear the browser's history to start fresh. You can also consider using other QBO-supported browsers.
