when i send an invoice to the client it didn't shows Qty and Rate ?

I've checked here on my end and found out that there's an ongoing investigation where quantity & rate not showing for items on invoices. Rest assured that our product engineers are diligently working on a fix.

 

To ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend reaching out to our Technical Support Team. They have to collect personal data to add your company and product to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-91422.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
