When I start the tracker, it doesn't save the trip. Only manual entrieswork.. I've refreshed the data cache uninstalled/install the app. Still nothing. How do I fix it?

I recommend reaching out to our customer support to be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive email notifications about the status of the investigation.

For iOS users, please verify that the auto-tracking feature is enabled in the QBO mobile app. Once that’s confirmed, check your general location settings to ensure the app can run in the background. 

Here’s how:

1. Go to Settings and select the QuickBooks app.
2. Tap Location, then select Always.
3. Enable Motion & Fitness, Background App Refresh, and Cellular Data options.
4. Close your settings.
5. If prompted about background location usage, tap Always Allow.
