When I try to email an individual invoice or if I mark email later, I get a Pop-up to log-in to Quickbooks Payments... WHY? I don't want to have to keep closing to send 'regular' email

When I try to email an individual invoice or if I mark email later, I get a Pop-up to log-in to Quickbooks Payments... This just started today, 2/26/2019.  WHY? I don't want to have to keep closing to send 'regular' email

Thank you for posting in the Community. I'd be happy to help walk you through on how to disable the pop-up to log in to QuickBooks Payment account.

 

 You can turn off the pop-up notification by resetting your preferences on QuickBooks Desktop.

 

Here's how: 

  1. At the top menu, select Edit.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. In the Preferences window, select General on the left pane.
  4. Click the My Preferences tab.
  5. Check the box, Turn off pop-up messages for products and services.
  6. Click OK.

 

These resources should help to get you back on track and get rid of the payments services option.

I had already had the block pop-ups box checked.  So I unchecked it and closed preferences.  Went back, clicked again on the block box, go to email invoice and I get this pop-up
