Question

When I try to filter an expense it won't always load all of the pages

My expense materials has 3 pages, sometimes it loads all 3 pages sometimes not, this really messed up my taxes this year as I didn't realize there were more pages and gave my tax accountant the wrong info. and because of that had to file an extension so that I can figure out why our amounts were so different

One of the potential causes could be that over time, your browser accumulates corrupted and out-of-date cache files from websites you visit. Sometimes this results in problems loading or navigating those pages.

 

To isolate and resolve any browser-related problems, let's carry out some troubleshooting steps. We'll start by opening a private or incognito window and access to your QuickBooks Online account. To open one, use the keyboard shortcut listed below, depending on your browser:
 

  • For Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If you can see all three pages of your expenses, return to your regular browser and clear its cache. This procedure will clear any outdated or corrupted internet files that may be causing problems while browsing.

 

You can also use other supported browsers for the best experience while working in QuickBooks Online.
