Question

When I went to pay my employee their name came up but there pay cheque showed ZERO's. It has been working correctly for 5 years. How do I get it corrected?

Based on how you've described this issue, I suspect this may be a browser-related issue that's causing the display error you're experiencing. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues and I recommend doing this to help correct the employee's paycheque. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies.
