Let's ensure you're able to access old invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Beforehand, did you receive an error message when trying to locate the invoices? Any information or a screenshot would help resolve the problem.
In the meantime, let's perform basic troubleshooting steps. You may have accumulated too much historical data. Whenever you visit a website, it saves some information from the web page in its cache and cookies. These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster. Not to worry, clearing them will do the trick.
First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
Once done, pull up your invoices again. If it works, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.
If you're using a QBO mobile app, we can refresh the data to fix the issue. You can follow the steps below depending on your phone.
For the IOS version:
Go to the Menu iconand tap Help & Feedback.
Select Refresh Data.
Tap Refresh to confirm.
For Android:
Go tothe Menu icon, then tap More Options ⋮.
Click Settings, then Refresh Data.
Select YES to confirm.
If you get the same result, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
