I'd be pleased to help you in putting a money value on your estimates, @andrew-telegraph.

First off, would you mind if I ask for additional information regarding your goal? This is for me to provide you with an appropriate solution based on your scenario. Any further details will be much appreciated.

But since I don't want you to go empty-handed, I'll be providing you with the steps on how to add a Sales price or Rate of the product or material if in case this is what you meant.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. Select Products and services.
  3. Locate the product or material then click on Edit.
  4. Scroll down to the Sales price/rate section and add the amount.

  5. When done, click on Save and close.

However, if you're referring to something else, feel free to reply on this thread and I'll get back to you surely.

Additionally, after a customer accepts your estimate, you can convert that estimate directly into an invoice and both will be automatically linked which keeps your books accurate. To know how, browse through this article: Convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online.

I'll be putting an eye out for your reply, @andrew-telegraph. And as always, you're welcome to post here in the Community forum if you need further assistance in managing your estimates in QuickBooks Online. Have a good one.
