When you e-file 1099's through QB do they also prepare and mail them to the individuals?

When filing your 1099s in QuickBooks, we may email or mail a printed copy to your contractors. 

After submitting your 1099 E-File forms to the IRS, you can expect to receive a confirmation email about a week after your submission has been accepted and confirmed. However, please note that you may not receive this confirmation until January or later, even if the IRS has already received, processed, and approved your form.
