Where do you live? If you are in the US, you have to call Sales by phone (1.844.848.0426) to purchase a new license for QB Desktop 2023 Pro Plus or Mac Plus for the time being.

      Is it not possible to purchase registrations for QB Mac Desktop 2023 during the weekend?

      Our Sales and Support teams for QuickBooks Mac are only available during the weekdays. They are open from 6 A.M. to 6 P.M Pacific Time from Mondays to Fridays.

       

      We can wait until Monday to call our Sales team for the QuickBooks Mac purchase and registration. 

       

      If you need help reaching out to our Sales team, we can follow these steps: 

       

      1. Go to our general Contact Us portal. 
      2. Select QuickBooks for Mac as the product. 
      3. In the box, enter something like "Purchase QuickBooks Mac 2023." 
      4. Click Continue. 
      5. Choose either the chat or the phone option.
