There are cases when you're logged in to QBO page instead of QBSE page and you'll see a different interface without the correct navigation menu. To proceed, you'll need to login to your QBSE account using the correct login page: Let's get you in to QuickBooks Self-Employed (United States).
If your font size is set to large or the page zoomed in, this can cause overlapping of display interface in your QBSE webpage. To handle this you'll need to click the button on the top-left part of the screen to display the navigation menu.
