Where can I get tech support for the QB Self-employed mobile app? It looks like it may have been discontinued March 2024, but I've only recently been unable to sign in.

When logging in, I get the error message "Parameter specified as non-null is null: method okhttp3.internal.Util.c, parameter $this_asFactory". Is this app no longer accessible for existing users? Is there a replacement app?

    I tried deleting the app data and also uninstalling and reinstalling as suggested, but am still getting the same error message. I ran into the same issue with the web app and cleared my data and cache and that did work. For the QBSE app, there appears to have been an update on March 6, 2025. Could there have been something that was updated then that may be causing this issue?
