Hi there, @Patricia11_2.

Let me share some insights to find your lost 1099 for 2024 and print it out in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

Sometimes too much cache accumulated in a browser can unexpected behavior with the product. This can be the reason why you're unable to find it. It's also likely that the browser cache is stored for a long period of time already. In the meantime, I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting steps. This way, we'll know if you're experiencing a browser-related issue.

To fix this, we can try signing in to your QBO account using a private browser or "incognito" mode. This can help your computer or device run more efficiently by preventing interference from extensions, plugins, or cookies. Here are the shortcut keys for these browsers:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Clear your cache and refresh website preferences, which may cause issues with QBO.

Furthermore, you can now sign in back again to your account and view your 1099. After your employer or client submits your 1099-MISC to the IRS, you'll get an email when it's ready for download. Select the link in the email to sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

You can sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed to view or print your 1099. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. Go to the Clients menu.
  3. Select the Forms tab.
