Where to begin?

  • Where can you get away with constantly raising your rates but degradation of service?
  • All of the sudden I have to key in the FULL payment method. Drop down and type ahead no longer works.
  • The dates of my download from the bank don't match the dates in my actual bank account. QB shows Saturday & Sunday dates in the download. We all know banks don't do business on the weekends.
  • Downloads also show a bunch of X's so I have to go online to my bank account and match the transaction to the downloaded transaction.
  • Why under the new reports are you forcing me to arrow around a calendar to select a date? I can key in a date WAY faster. So far this is just in reports so fingers crossed they don't mess up the rest of the system.

I've put in support cases and they do nothing. There's a lot of other changes that have ticked me off but....

Great - now when I create an invoice, I can't receive a payment. I have to exit out of the invoice and jump through hoops. Wonderful!

Oops. I also forgot the original reason I came here. I set up contractors and they don't get the email despite sending and resending. My guess is that their email client is blocking the email before it ever gets there. Why can't we send links???

We understand how difficult this must have been, @cateydid2003.

We value your time with us. Thus, I recommend you submit experience feedback. This way, we can enhance your experience with QBO and will be shared with our Product Development team.

Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Select Next to submit.

Regarding your concern about your contractors not receiving emails, here are the possible reasons why:

  • The invitation might be in their junk or spam folder.
  • The company’s email address is incorrectly formatted in the Company tab under Account and settings.
  • The recipient’s mail servers might be blocking the email.
  • The invitation may have already expired. Email invites expire 48 hours after they are sent.

If they still cannot receive your email invitation, their mail servers may have blocked the emails from Intuit or tag them as spam.

We can ask them to add the following QuickBooks Online email server hostnames and IP addresses to their email providers' allow list, so their invitation won't get recognized as spam.
