under payroll and updating an employee profile information for new email and address i get this message what does it mean and why can't i update profile QBO ID is NULL or EMPTY

By coincidence, I just now ran into the same error message.  An employee name was entered incorrectly.  We figured out that the personal information section must be completed with all the required information before it can be saved.  Then we were able to delete the employee..

it is not working - I still can not active an employee - I have serveral employees that will have to be activated for summer - ?????
