It's great to have you here in the Community space, @franschex.

I'm here to help you address your concern about the error message you've received in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Beforehand, I'd like to ask what specific transaction you did when the error message occurred. Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. You can log in to your QBO account using a private browser. This way, you can review and double-check the accuracy setup of your account.

You can use these shortcut keys on your keyboard to access incognito mode:

  • Safari: Control + Option + P
  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox or Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

If that works fine using a private browser, go back to your original browser and clear its cache so the system can start fresh. Also, using a different supported browser can help us dig deep into the root cause of this unexpected behavior.

Additionally, you can check out this article for more tips and resources while working with QuickBooks in the future: Help articles, video tutorials, and more.

I'll always be here in the Community if you require additional assistance managing tasks in your QuickBooks account. Let me know in the comments below so I can further back you up.

Actually, @Sherrie_F   It's a QB issue.  There are MULTIPLE posts here in the community about it.
