On the other hand, if you have experienced a blank page on your end, I suggest changing your template to Airy New in Custom Form Style page or under Customize. Let me guide you on how.
Go to the Gear icon and choose Custom form styles.
Select New style.
Click the edit dropdown and choose Change up the template.

I am not getting an error message. When I click print I can view the page and everything looks normal but when it prints there is only headers with no content. I can save the page and try to print and the same thing happens but if I send the PDF to someone with a windows computer they can print fine. I have tried different browsers and have cleared the cache and cookies for my safari browser but this did not help.
Hello there, smartin. I recognize how hard it can be when your workflow is interrupted by the printing issues you're experiencing. Allow me to share some updates regarding this.
The reason why you're unable to print a specific part of your invoices is due to the recent update to MacOS Sonoma. This update from Apple removed the necessary framework support required for accurate PDF generation, resulting in the issue you're facing.
In the meantime, I recommend switching your template to Airy New on the Custom Form Style page or under Customize for you to be able to print out successfully. Here's how you can do it:
Go to the Gear icon and choose Custom form styles.
Select New style.
Click the edit dropdown and choose Change up the template.
Choose Airy New.
Press Done.
Additionally, I suggest using a device that isn't updated to the latest Apple version since this upgrade is the cause of this issue. Also, you can download the PDF to your local device from QuickBooks or use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open your document and print it from there.
