Why are incoming transfers from my bank not showing up in Paypal Connector app transactions? I have nothing to match the credit card transfers to.

Before the switch to paypal connector, I could match outgoing transfers from my credit card to incoming transfers in paypal. These transfers are funding expenses. Now, when I look at paypal app transactions, I see the outgoing payment to vendors, but not the incoming funds from my credit card. I have nothing to match the credit card transfers to. Please help! Paypal has always been glitchy in Quickbooks, and I was hoping this new system would make it better!

I understand the importance of being able to match your transfers from your Credit Card (CC) to your PayPal account, as it helps you track your finances accordingly. Allow me to outline the processing period of fund transfers to PayPal and connect you to appropriate support if needed.

 

Please know that after processing your transactions completely through PayPal, it will be reflected in the For Review tab on the Bank Transactions page within 2 hours. Furthermore, QuickBooks updates its connection with PayPal every three hours.

 

If the transfer still does not show in your PayPal account within 2-3 hours, I recommend contacting the PayPal support team. They are authorized to check your PayPal account activity for accurate resolution.
