Why are some deposits showing they are on hold but when I click through for next steps it gives me an error message?

I recommend using a private browser or incognito window to help eliminate any errors or glitches that could occur in the system. Here's how depending on your browser session: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P 
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. If not, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. 

 

Note: If you're unsure of why your deposits are on hold, review your email.
