Thanks for posting here in the Community space, bowers. I'll give some insights into receiving a congratulatory prompt every time uploading a receipt in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

After going through your post, I would like to clarify a specific aspect of it. It seems you were inquiring about the notification appears after uploading a receipt in QBO. The congratulatory message you received is a default feature in QBO. It is to inform you that the receipt has been successfully uploaded and recorded. This feature is quite useful as it lets you know the status of your receipt uploads and helps you keep track of your records in QBO.

Unfortunately, there is no way to turn off this feature in QBO as it is an integral part of the receipt upload process. However, you can rest assured that this notification is nothing to be concerned about and is simply a standard feature of QBO that is intended to assist you in managing your financial records more efficiently.

Moreover, you can also manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. This way, it can help you modify and handle each of your transactions that are from your bank or credit card in QBO.

For more queries about managing your transactions in QBO, let me know by leaving a comment below. I'm here to assist. Have a good one!
