Why can't I print a invoice from android tablet but I can from a ipad. What the difference?

Since you're unable to print invoices in our QuickBooks mobile app for Android, I'd initially recommend refreshing your app's data.
 

Here's how:
 

  1. Open the QuickBooks app.
  2. Use your Menu (☰) icon and choose More Options (⋮).
  3. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  4. Select YES.

 

If you're still unable to print invoices, you can try clearing the app's data next:
 

  1. Access your phone settings.
  2. Go to Apps and pick QuickBooks.
  3. In the Storage section, tap Clear Data.

 

In the event you're unable to print invoices after clearing data, you can try uninstalling, then reinstalling your application. If it continues after reinstalling, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up the account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
