Why did QBO change my default settings when sending an invoice?

No email... no call... no information at all from QBO. I just happened to look over the content when I sent an invoice and noticed my default message had been changed to "happy". I am most certainly NOT HAPPY!!!

I hear your sentiments, Glskunks. These modifications may be related to the recent enhancement of QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

To ensure that your default message applies to your invoice, you can manually select the suggested lines. You can also click Ignore to disregard specific subject lines or Turn off suggestions to stop recommendations completely.

 

I also suggest reviewing your Audit log to guarantee that there haven’t been any unauthorized changes to your account.

Why should I have to turn off settings?  They should not be on without our permission!!!   My DEFAULT settings were changed!!  I'm so absolutely SICK of this crap!  QBO has a lot of nerve and it's terribly inappropriate to conduct business in this manner.  This a HUGE breach of trust.  Intuit should be ashamed of these practices.
