I'll some guidelines that could help you include your desired columns when you export your customized transaction report.

You'll want to double-check and ensure to select all the columns you wish to include in your exported report. You can follow these steps:

  1. Open your Customized Transaction Report.
  2. Tap the small Gear icon beside the Export button in the upper right corner of your report.
  3. Click the Show More dropdown.
  4. Put a checkmark on each column you prefer.
  5. Select Run Report.

However, if you are done with these steps and the same issue happens, I recommend performing some troubleshooting steps for PDF printing issues in Windows. Please refer to this article for a more detailed process: Test sequence for PDF printing issues.

I will also leave this article as a future reference: Fix QuickBooks Online printing issues on browsers for Windows.
