Question

Why does clicking on purchase orders redirect to billing page in sandbox environments? PO functionality was working until yesterday.

When I click on https://sandbox.qbo.intuit.com/app/purchaseorder it now redirects me to https://sandbox.qbo.intuit.com/app/obillupgrade I still have purchase orders enabled in my sandbox company and I can see previous purchase orders in the list of expenses.

This behavior occurs when you access your sandbox company in a browser where a QBO Essential or Simple Start is already signed in, Paul.

To prevent this from happening, we recommend opening each company using a separate browser or accessing one of them via an incognito window.

You can access a private browser using these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Furthermore, you can check the usage limits, such as the number of accounts or users you can have at one time in QuickBooks.

I'm using a Sandbox environment with QuickBooks Online Plus configuration.

I was able to use Purchase Orders last week but can no longer use them this week.
There is no way to upgrade a Sandbox environment since we do not pay for them.

I tried using a private browser window but saw the same issue.

I reviewed usage limits and my sandbox account is under the limits.

I need additional assistance with my sandbox account.
