Why Does QB absolutely Suck and Why do they hate their customers? For example, it is Sunday and I simply want to log into my account and do my books, but QB won't let me

I hate this company. I can't log in because this shit box Company won't send the verification email... so i can't do my books.

It's QB.  It's always QB, it's never not QB.  Its a horrible company that I am forced to use my accountant has me setup.  There is nothing wrong with Gmail or Google Chrome.  The Tech Dept at QB are a disaster.
