Why does Quickbooks give the wrong total when you use shift to highlight a number of lines?
I had expenses sorted by the payee, then selected the first of 12, monthly bills. I pressed shift and highlighted the last of twelve monthly bills. I looked at the total and it was off (under) by one bill. All 12 bills showed as selected.
Selecting each bill manually gave the correct total.
