Why does QuickBooks show two different balances

That said, the bank balance reflects your bank's actual balance based on the most recent bank feed update. • Outstanding transactions.
• New transactions for a connected account.
• Duplicate transactions.
• Edited or deleted transactions.
• Card (liability) account.
