why does the setting page keep opening first with QBO?

When I sign into QBO the first page that opens is the Company Settings Page verses the dashboard. I've cleared Cache as well as tried to open in a private "incognito" window. Still does not open to correct page.

There are situations in which the Company settings page will appear when logging in to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

The first scenario is related to the login link. To ensure that the page directs you to the Dashboard right away, you can use this link when logging in: https://qbo.intuit.com/.

 

The second scenario occurs if the account is canceled or if you need to update your payment method. In such cases, the system will automatically direct you to the Company settings page, where you'll need to update your billing information. Therefore, I recommend updating your billing details.
