Why don't supervisors call you when you request one?

Some callback schedules may be delayed due to the volume of requests we receive and the availability of support during this season.  Our representatives will be able to reach you during our support hours as long as you provided the right contact information.

 

You can also try alternative options to resolve your problem. Furthermore, you can communicate with a live representative via chat by using the messaging option. The steps are as follows:

 

1. Click on the (?) Help menu.

2. Hit Contact Us.

3. Fill in with the keyword of your concern in the What can we help you with? box.

 

 

4. Go to the next window, and scroll down to the Choose a way to connect with us field.

5. Select Start messaging to have a discussion with a live agent.

 

 

A little discussion box will appear in the bottom right corner of your screen when you choose the message option. Make sure your browser has pop-up windows enabled. After you complete the form, an agent will join you there. Check this out:
