Why have I received a message saying "we encountered an error while exporting to Google Sheets?

Hello, @gtaylor4.

 

Thank you for sharing this with the community. We currently have an ongoing issue with this. We recommend you to our contact support. It allows them to look into your account and confirm the problem.

 

Here's how:

 

1. Hit on Help.

2. In the pop-up window, go to the Search tab, then click Contact Us.

3. In the box, enter "missing products and services when adding them to invoices."

4. Select Continue, then choose how you want to reach us:

  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a call back from the next available expert.
